Fortune Sims have been waiting (and saving all their simeons!) for a long time for this stylish, luxurious and high-end bathroom!

Let them enjoy washing their hands with a sink with a marble worktop!

Please note
The Flushmaster Hi-Fi does not have a handle to flush the toilet (flushes automatically in Sims3); the option to flush the toilet is available but Sims will use an invisible handle.

Update 08/03/2026
Fixed footprint of the Pythagoras Corner Bath to add anywhere in a room plus added a slot to place any decorative item.
Fixed LaShawn Rain Shower door plus tweaked the textures. Updated files and pics.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.

All items have been created using Sims2 base game objects - no expansion or stuff packs are required.

The Design & High-Tech Stuff - Bathroom zip.file contains all 4 items (separate folders for each item) plus the collection file. I have also attached separate zip.files for each item.
