Inspired by angellasimmer creating a tiny house, I thought I would have a go (albeit the smallest size of lot I could use is classed as a small lot).
The challenge for myself was to try to make the best possible use of the space: with reasonable sized bedrooms and bathrooms.

Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen/dining/living area leading to the 2 bedrooms via a corridor.
The first bathroom can be accessed from the the open plan area and the single bedroom. The Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom and access is only from the Master Bedroom.

Lot Size: 3x1
Price: $65,624

There is no custom content on this lot and the majority of furnishings are from the Sims 2 base game, with a little Night Life Expansion Pack and Glamour Life Stuff Pack. The lot is formatted with the Glamour Life Stuff Pack.
