Bug box owner as tooltip and shiftable

What this does:
- Enables a tooltip to identify its owner right away instead of going into the dialog screen everytime by performing the view interaction.
- The view interaction time is considerably less so the dialog is shown faster.
- AL shiftable feature to put the box at different heights.
Boxes already put in the world may be necessary to force reset them in order to apply the changes.
