Nightlife inspired CAS room

Hey there!

I always wished each subhood came with it's own CAS room like the one for University but sadly they never included unique CAS rooms for Downtown or Bluewater Village. So I made this one inspired by Nightlife as the first of a few Expansion inspired CAS rooms.

This room replaces the default one so it's not unique to downtown, so you can only pick one main CAS room.

I'll be making more for the rest of the Expansions as I'm currently playing through each of them again.

Please do not reupload my creation anywhere else, it's easier if it just stays here.
