This chic three-level house is spacious enough for a family, or provides ample room for single sims in need of extra room, featuring a dramatic split-level staircase which was a complete and utter nightmare to build.

A cozy sitting area in the entry-way flows into an eat-in kitchen, living room with fireplace, and a main-level half bathroom. Downstairs you'll find a family room and office space, while upstairs are three charming bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a rooftop patio.

Lot has been thoroughly playtested for routing. CFE is used in places, most notably the stairs, so avoid messing with those unless you know what you're doing.

Once again I am indebted to heaven for her patience in figuring out how the hell to make the stairs function properly and her knowledge of basement windows.
