I love making split modern houses, I really do. So far I've only uploaded two others, but I think a lot of my moderns are gonna be split, I like the look of them. So that isn't the reason for the name of this house- it is that the upper level is split in half. The left has a bathroom and a lounge/gameroom. The other part is the bedrooms.

I actually finished this house a few months ago, but I haven't simmed in a while!




There is a seperate garage. From the showtime EP, there was this odd sculpture that I was not sure what its use could be. Well, I found a use for it! I used two of them in front of the garage.





There are a few holographic paintings that my sim's plumbot painted for a little variety .



There is a game room, a gym, and a study. Four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms. Don't forget the backyard with loads of stuff for entertaining!
