The house is modern and eco friendly with wind turbines, a dew collector and solar panels.
On the main level of the house you will find an open living/dining area, a computer nook, large kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite, and powder room. Upstairs is a study area, and children's bedroom with bathroom.
Outdoors there is a garden on the second floor patio, and a rooftop lounge area.
The workshop contains everything you need fabricate and fizz. Behind the workshop is a dumpster.
