Hi Guys! I've been working on the downtown for Maple Creek
 lately so I am uploading a few of the lots I've done. I want to create a bustling city filled with sim-owned businesses, and this is the first!

This is a cute little shop with an apartment on the second floor.

I've decorated the shop with shelves so you can choose what type of business you want, whether it be robotery, toys, flowers, etc. Adjacent to the shop itself is an office/workshop, which also could be additional living space if you so desire. In fact, there's enough room to build a 3rd bedroom if you need one.

Upstairs is an open floorplan including the kitchen, dining, and living room. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. I went with kinda cheap furnishings because the price of this lot was starting to climb the grand total is around $73,000. (Just use familyfunds..you have my blessing )

This lot is entirely CC-free but I did use these skyboxes for pictures.
