Hello all! Today I bring you another community lot: On the Porch Flower Shop





I was going to upload this as part of my Maple Creek neighborhood (found here, here, and here) but I was just so excited about it that I'm uploading it by itself.
This cozy shop features lots of plants, chess tables, and an espresso bar. None of the plants are actually buyable unless you own it as a business, so it's pretty much just a hang out spot. If you do take the plunge into entrepreneurship, I would recommend TwoJeff's perfect plants mod.

Because of the way I arranged the garden, I imagine it would be impossible for a sim to maintain. (But hey, it's worth it for the curb appeal, right?) Side note: do you have to maintain plants on community lots you own? I'm not sure. Anyway.
