Once a thriving part of downtown Simmersville, these old buildings are now serving as a dormitory for the local university. The dorm provides housing for 6 students and contains a cafeteria, library, gym, recreation room, and even a gift shop. With the clothing, magazines, games, groceries, and cell phone vending machine available at the gift shop, your young adult sims won't have to waste time at community lots to do their shopping.
