You will need to travel to a gym, find a public swimming area, and go jogging in order to complete the aspiration.
The reward for completing this aspiration in the Long Lived trait.
I am thinking of doing a series of Miser aspirations, focusing on what sims can do in the game without spending money. Let me know if you like this idea.
