A historic heritage plantation house from Twinbrook's old glory days(of course, I made it up. Nothing related to any lore in the game.) successfully converted into a community library, serving curious people who seek knowledge.

I got inspiration for this building from antebellum architecture style for plantation house in Louisiana, as it represents quite well for Twinbrook setting. Because the original library has an odd looks and has very poor layout design, so I desided to rebuild it and added some historical touch.

Lot Placement: 800 Lakefront Drive (Meant to replace original 'Lakeside Community Library')

Lot features: A library with a (not so)secret lab in the basement.

Floor Layout:
Basement - Science Lab for a time machine to the past and a portal to the future.
1st Floor - Reception Desk, First Reading Room, Kids Room, and Public Lavatories.
2nd Floor - Archive Collection Room, Main Reading Room, Computer Room, and Public Lavatories.
3rd Floor - An attic for Lecture Room.
