This single family detached house is a recreation of 'Elm St.' in SimCity 3000. Meanwhile, the actual 'Walton's Dream' from SC3K is actually a larger house with 2 full story and an attic dormers which would looked gigantic and out of place comparing to other smaller houses in the neighborhood. So I think the semi 2 story of 'Elm St.' would fitted better.
