Overpriced modern Family Home

This house isn't totally overpriced in the sims world. But if it was in the real world in todays market it definitely would be. Saw one like it round the road from me sell for NZD808,000, daylight robbery!! And our house has just had a new valuation slapped onto it, could sell between for $575,000-$635,000, bought it 3 years ago for $380,000, all its had done to it is a new paint job and some more insulation put in and it's a house from the 90's! The world has gone mad with inflation!! Anyway enough about the real world, we're all sick of living there, lets go house shopping for our simmys and give them what we plebs can only dream of!

This house has:
3 bedrooms
office or could be 4th bedroom
2 Bathrooms
open plan kitchen/dining/living
laundry or could be butlers pantry
Garage
Patio

The basketball hoop I highly doubt is usable, I just wanted one above the garage!
The chairs around the dining table are also on the half tile, for sims to sit you will need to go into buy mode and pull them out, just looks nicer in pictures.

I have left it generically furnished and quite sparse, so you can put your own stamp on it.
