This is 244 Hillside Pass from Desiderata Valley. I have done this in 3 Stages - Starter, Mid and Final. Before I delve into it you will need the script for Huge Lunatics Simple Passage Stairs (version 2) This was renoed to have a 1 click foundation, and the stairs and invisible recolour are required for all 3 stages. If you have Scriptorium just place the script in the modular stairs section, if you don't have scriptorium the path to follow is C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Catalog\Scripts\ If you don't get this script it will not work!!

Starter
This comes in at just under $18,000. Has everything you require to get your sims started on their life journey. Open plan Kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom.


Mid 
Changes made is full landscaping with an extended deck area, new Kitchen, some upgraded furniture. Cost is around $39,000


Final
Fully furnished and decorated, upgraded bathroom. Cost around $61,000
