Have you ever found it is annoying when a vampire has Perfect Sun Resistances and the sun does nothing to vampires anymore? Well, not anymore! Now vampires with the Perfect Sun Resistance still get annoyed by the sunlight, although it won't do any harm to them, it simply annoys them.
