A cute, family sized, located in the middle of a residential - city [well, in my neighborhood atleast!]. It's really one of my first tries at modern, but, my interest was struck while watching the new episode of Monk tonight! So, I bring you this 3 bed, 3 bath house! Sorry about all the expansions required. I removed my anygamestarter, so, it just has to be a complicated arrangement of stuff required.
Back to the house! Besides the 3 beds and baths, this home also has a 1 car garage, balcony, patio, kitchen, and livingroom.

Not furnished, but, is slightly landscaped. I didn't want to add to much in the flower department, as, your gardener/sim(s) are already going to have fun with all the shrubbery! Sorry about that, but, I thought it looked nicer than a privacy fence, and, leaving it bare just made it look.... bare!
