These lots are my variations of the plasticbox houses, that are made for The Sims 4.
I had requirements: no add-ons, 2x1 lot. Here's what I got.
Each house has space for three bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen and living room are combined.
Each house costs less than $20,000.
Credits: plasticbox.
