I made this lot because I wanted a decent changing room, one that let me properly view and take screenshots of my sims trying on clothes. The TV room downstairs is a distraction for the townies that would otherwise wander in my way and it works. Sims typically don't look beyond their nose when exploring so it's not hard to hide whole rooms from them.
