This is a small modern glass house, fit for a small family and their hobbies. It's even got space set aside for growing vegetables.

To be honest, I'm not sure who the audience is for this build. Surely a rich sim with 50k+ to drop on a house would want it fully furnished right? And isn't a shell house best suited to not-rich families that want enough Simoleans for furnishings? It really seems as though I've made a starter house for sims that are already ahead. Ah well. Whoever downloads this, I hope you have a blast using the space. I've made it feel very roomy if I say so myself.
