I made it for myself but publishing it is free so here it is
I liked my plane-white CAS BG but it has a flaw - sim’s left side merged with it. So I made a light-gray one
How to insall:
just unzip a archiv and paste the *.package file in your ../documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods folder
