111 Road to Nowhere is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that's kitted out with all the furnishings your Sims will need to live a comfortable life! It costs §39,252 and includes a small garden space with a swimming pool. Perfect for those hot days in the blistering desert!
I modelled this lot after the Grunt house, so the front door is facing the side rather than straight-on. See pictures for context!
Although this lot is completely CC-free, please note that I have the Ultimate Collection so if you don't already own all the EP's and SP's, some items might be missing. At the very least the IKEA stuff pack must be installed as I used its items heavily in this lot.
I built this with Strangetown in mind, but it will work well in virtually any desert neighbourhood. Alternatively, you can simply remove the cacti and place it anywhere you like!
