Did you know there are only three unoccupied residential lots in Strangetown? I was tired of having to rebuild lots every time I restarted the neighbourhood, so I decided to create this simple home for my small families. Introducing 81 Road to Nowhere; the newest starter home for Strangetown!

This one-level lot has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It's fully furnished with some light decoration and landscaping. It costs §26,991 and is a remodel of Ranch Retreat; a base-game house that can be found in the Lots & Housing Bin.

This is a completely CC-free lot, but please note that I have the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection so you'll probably need to own all of the EP's and SP's for the lot to function as intended. At the very least you must have the IKEA stuff pack as I predominantly used items from that pack.

I built this with Strangetown in mind, but it will work well in any desert neighbourhood. Alternatively, you can remove the cacti and place it anywhere you like!
