I was feeling oddly festive, so I decided to build a cosy Christmas Grotto! This lot is a 1BR 1BA house that can double up as a home business if your Sims are good at toy making, sewing or baking.

While this is an entirely CC-free lot, please note that you will likely need most, if not all of the EP's and SP's for the lot to function as intended. At the very least, you should have Happy Holiday Stuff as I used its items heavily when building the lot.

It's completely decorated, but it's a rather expensive lot for its size at §62,769.
