Craftsman single-family home for two sims, one teen, one child, and one infant. Under 28,000.

There is a kitchen dining area, living room, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms. The infant room was originally a fireplace room but can be converted into one. The "garage" is just a family living room. When your sim family earns more money the backyard has room for a tree house or jungle gym bars. Hint: There is a dragon fruit in the pot as a good way for your sim to earn gardening skills and make some extra money.

I only used three items from growing together. The diaper changing station, diaper trash can, and play mat. Everything else in this build is base game only.

A few debug lights were used to keep the build under 28,000.
