Welcome to Poirot Commons! Featured here is lot number 1 - The Matilda!

THERE IS ONLY ONE ITEM OF CC IN THIS BUILD! PLEASE SEE THE LINKS BELOW!

Now available on the market in the town of Poirot Commons is this lovely art deco styled two bedroom home. Built in 1930, this abode is a classic example of days gone by when architecture truly meant something! You'll feel like you've gone back in time to the jazz era in this preserved time capusle, with a lovely front entrance set aback from the street for more quiet privacy. Everything about this home says high class society without having to break the bank. A lavish garden graces the front of the lot with a built-in fountain along the stone pathway that takes you on a Sunday afternoon journey to the rear of the home. Explore it at your leisure! You'll find an enclosed pool area for those days when you don't want to be seen by the prying eyes of neighborhood Sims. This lot features a full eat-in kitchen area with plenty of space for 4 Sims to enjoy their meals, and a classy livingroom to relax the evenings away while watching television programs. Every room in the house features large windows to let in natural light during the daytime. The two bedrooms are ideal for adult and teenage Sims, but may be converted to your needs if you plan to have children. Both bedrooms feature their own bathrooms for convenience. Three bathrooms to be exact! How classy is that? Rare is the day you find a home from this timeperiod that accomodates so much lifestyle. Make this art deco masterpiece yours today!

Priced just below $90,000.

I hope all you Simmers enjoy my latest build, and please watch for more in the future! I do love art deco architecture, and I was so pleased we finally got some grand build items with the High School Years pack. I will do more builds in this style in the future.
