The California inspired wonder is among the few larger homes in our neighborhood, sporting three total bedrooms for your family and four bathrooms! The main entry is accompanied by an outdoor walking port that allows you access both side of the home with ease! The livingroom has a cozy fireplace and large bay style windows that hide artistically behind the walking port for your privacy. A large pool area is sure to bring lots of memories and ideas for future get-togethers! There is a spacious attic space that can easily be converted into a fourth room! Uniquely placed along the exterior of the home is lovely lighting fixtures to accompany the vaulted style of the roof lines, unlike any other home in Atomic Acres. Just look how they glow at night! Greetings! I bring to you another Mid-Century style from my Atomic Acres neighborhood. This one I call The Bel Air, and I'm very pleased with how it came out. A large three bedroom, four bathroom home with a sitting room entry, a livingroom, full kitchen and dining room. The pool area is quite large to use the space of the backyard, with lots of architetural lighting to go along with the home's unique style. I loved using the Eco-Lifestyle windows for this home. Lots of roof space for solar panels of your choice! The walking port allows your Sims to access both sides of the house with ease. There is an attic space accessible via the smaller bedroom and can be converted into a fourth room for use or storage. I used the moveObjects cheat and resizing cheat for this build.
