This is a Tiny House packed with features (therefore the name Gigabyte as it is a Gigabyte house in a Megabyte disguise). I picked traits Chef's Kitchen, Child's Play and Good Schools. It also has the perks associated with a tier 3 tiny home Lighten The Load and Feelin Fine All The Time. I play tested a copy of the home and everything works even the 2X2 bathroom on the first floor and all of the beds etc. as the bedrooms are only 3 tiles wide. The home has all of the items to make your sim comfortable such as T.V., Computer and Chess table as well as a pool, grill and patio set for entertaining, all for slightly less than $30,000.00. It is placed on a 20X15 lot and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I used Businesses and Hobbies, Lovestruck and the Courtyard Oasis Kit in the build.
