This is my first try at using Mike's tutorial on split-level houses. Its on a 4x3 lot, partially furnished, cost 136,372 simoleans. I used Numenor's invisible wall, glass door, and wall. Should be hack free (I ran it through cleaninstaller). Created in a desert terrain neighborhood.
This lovely home features a 2 story garden room, 2 car garage, seperate office, 3 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3/4 wrap around patio on top floor, covered entryway with arches, glass patio room, basement, utility room off the garage, and several courtyards.
What little furniture I did leave was cheated in place (hence my reluctance to delete it) or are there just to give you an idea of the purpose for the room. The bathrooms and kitchen are finished. This house is no joke to play...split levels are a pain but it is a great addition to any neighborhood.
I copied the floor plan from 'Sunset Magazine'. I had to tweak it a little to make it sim friendly and that covered walkway was a real pain, there are some minor visible flaws that I couldn't correct so feel free to improve it.

Forgot to mention I have the EP so not sure if it will work without it.
