Hello there!

Today I'm bringing something that I started building a long time ago but only this week I decided to finish it. It's a very nice residential building that contains four floors (ground floor + 3 floors) and six apartments, not to mention its recreation area with lots of things for your sims to do. The apartments are unfurnished; they only have some items that usually also come in unfurnished apartaments in real life (toilets, sinks, kitchen counters, etc.). On the other hand, the common areas of the building are fully furnished and ready to be used.

Since the game doesn't let us play in buildings like this like an actual building (shame on you, EA), you can download any mod you want to make it more realistic. I recommend this one from Wicked Pixxel. This video shows how to use it. You'll notice the building is listed as a community lot, and that's because this mod has its own categories to make it functional, which means you'll have to change it in case you decide to use the mod. Of course, you can always use any other mod you want and put the building in a more appropriate category, if needed.
