The only reason to buy the "Modern Luxe" Kit is the "ArtFrame TV", a flat-screen TV that doubles as wall art when not in use. But, naturally, the art is hideous and the television too expensive. This mod provides an alternative (for only §250): the SimVista TV. Please note that you must have the "Modern Luxe" Kit installed for the SimVista TV to appear and function.

The SimVista flat-screen television doubles as a framed piece of art when turned off. Choose one of the many scenic landscapes from such lovely and exotic locations as
  • paradisical Sulani,
  • lush Selvadorada,
  • pristine Granite Falls,
  • otherworldly Sixam,
  • somber Forgotten Hollow,
  • eerie Moonwood Mill,
  • sunny Tartosa,
  • recalescent Oasis Springs
  • snowy Mt. Komorebi,
  • seaside Brindleton Bay,
  • dramatic Strangerville,
  • hearty Chestnut Ridge,
  • vibrant San Myshuno,
  • bucolic Henford-on-Bagley,
  • and mysterious Forgotten Grotto.
Now you can truly have the best of all worlds!
