This beautiful newly constructed home has all the room you need for your sims family.
With a large kitchen/diner/living space, a laundryroom, a master suite, guest bedroom, kids room above the large garage you have all the space required for a growing family.
The decor is modern and bright.
In the back garden you will find a large pool deck with a BBQ area aswell as a cozy seating area.
The garage has plenty of room for both your car and workout equipment, workbeches and a separate utility room.
Above the garage is a space where your teenage kid can live comfortably with his/her own bathroom.
The master suite has beautiful furnishings and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk in closet.
There are two CC items used in this lot:

None of them are essential for the lot to work but I think it looks better
They are NOT included in the download but you can find the links on the download page For some reason the "Horse Ranch" and "For Rent" packs don´t show up in the required packs but you MUST have them to make the lot function!
