45 West Apartments

Welcome to 45 West.
In this beautifully restored building you will find a mixture of old and new.

At the entrance level the old library and gameroom together with the preserved bar area gives your sims pleny of things to do on their day off. The newly built gym area will help them grow their muscles.

In the back there is a pool area for those hot city nights. The second and third floor houses a total of six apartments in various sizes ranging from studios to 2-bedroom apartments. The lot is fully equipped with all the basics but the apartments are for you to furnish. They all have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms but the rest is up to you.

Entrance floor: Bar, gameroom, gym, utility room, laundry.
1:st floor: 2x studio apt. 2x 1-bedroom apts.
2:nd floor: 2x 2-bedroom apts.
