Hey, hey, dear Simmers! Today I'm bringing you a new build that I've placed in the hills of Brindleton Bay. I've had a great time creating this minimalist-style house, designed by the architect Kosai Abohala.

The lot includes a ground floor at street level and a spacious, well-lit basement.

- Ground floor: large living room, hot springs, kitchen, bathroom, and master bedroom.
- Outdoor area: pool and barbecue area
- Basement: living room with fireplace and game area, a room for scientists/robotics, a room with two beds, a laundry room, and a gym.
