Roseanne - 714 Delaware Street

So I got a request for the home of the Conners, The show was formaly named "Roseanne" but they changed it to "The Conners" when Roseanne Barr was sacked from the show. I won´t even get into that...

So this is 714 Delaware Street as close as I could get it.
I´m happy with everything except the roofing part. I always have trouble making roofs look like they do originally but I hope it is enough....

I didn´t want to use much CC although I have used a few items to get the right feel to the house, the shutters in game are hot the correct ones but I was fortunate that some creators here on MTS has made them. You will find the links on the download page. Also I wanted some open blinds but those can´t be found in game either, guess what! I found them here on MTS aswell! :D
I will list the CC needed below and as I wrote you will find the links on the download page.

This house has two floors. The first floor has the livingroom, kitchen, laundry, master bedroom and a bathroom.
The second floor has two bedrooms and a shared bath, for the kids.

The house in the TV show is somewhat run down. (Don´t think Roseanne was that much of a cleaner) So I have used some cheap furniture and appliances, you might want to upgrade those before a fire breaks out.....

There is a small outdoor place in the back but there is just a grill there, the space is pretty small. Also there is a garage if you need it.
