Hello again
Here is the second addition to my "Charmed" neighbourhood:D
Its 1331 Prescott Street. (1329 being the Charmed manor ofcourse, already uploaded here)

This magnificant home can easily house a large family. It is totally unfurnished and i have only put wallpapers and carpets in so feel free to furnish to your liking

Main floor:
Large hall with big windows.
Small bathroom for guests.
Large familyroom with fireplace and lots of light coming in through the windows.
Diningroom with hallway leading to the large kitchen with lots of space for nook and whatever you want. (Kitchen has door leading to the spacious garden
Sunroom with layout similar to the Halliwell Manor (Since they where constructed by the same designer :bump: )
Grand L-shaped staircase leading to the 1st floor.

1st floor:
Four magnificant bedrooms, two with walk in closets.
Two bathrooms.
Large family area.
Staircase leading to attic.

Attic:
Large undecorated room wich can easily be converted to entertainment area or divided into extra guestrooms.
Plumming prepared for small bathroom

The garden is surrounded by a wall and you have a nice driveway to park your car with separate stairs leading up to the garden and back entrance.

To use the house in your own neighbourhood you must have CEP installed AND University since it uses many of the fences and stairs from the exp.pack.

I am preparing for my vacation now and will be leaving for Ft Lauderdale on sunday so this will probably be my last addition for the coming three weeks, but i will be back on may 11th to bring you more homes if you like them
