I included the builder photo for reference (I did not try to build it exactly as the builder conceived it as I was trying to use as few EP's and SP's as possible but included the photo so you could see where I got the idea for the architectural design). I liked the different shapes and lines that were used by the builder for this home. I tried to make the home slightly luxurious but still within reach for the sim middle class family. It includes a patio, pool and the normal needs such as computer, T.V. and chess table. Enjoy.
