This is one of the business lots in my new hood project: Sameville.
It will be included with that hood, when it is released... someday soon!
Meanwhile - here is a solo version of this lot. Enjoy!








This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever been here.
The lot was built in a sim-free building hood.
Cleaned of Sim references with Chris Hatch's Globe/Lot Cleaner.
Compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.
The package was then cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
The sun is oriented to the front.
This lot has an easily identifiable custom thumbnail too.

There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway.

TIP: If, when you first enter the lot, arches/doorways are not "cut through" - save, exit to the hood, and re-enter. Fixed!

I highly recommend playing this lot with these mods installed:
Midge made a Wedding Cake Tester mod - so your sims can taste the cakes, right there in the shop!
Gina's fabulous Peacock Wedding Cakes. Obvi, my favorites!
And, Gina's Recolorable Wedding Cakes.

No Custom Content Included - The lot is packaged stocked with the EA/in-game cakes.

Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
Feenwald's Blocked Doors can Close (so doors close properly!)
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which includes the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
Lamare's Shiftable Everything
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
