This is one of the business lots in my new hood project: Sameville.
It will be included with that hood, when it is released... someday soon!
Meanwhile - here is a preview version of this lot for your own hood. Enjoy!








This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever been here.
The lot was built in a sim-free building hood.
It was cleaned and compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.
The package was then cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
The sun is oriented to the front.
This lot has an easily identifiable custom thumbnail too.

There is no parking, unless you use mods/cheats.

TIP: If, when you first enter the lot, arches/doorways are not "cut through" - save, exit to the hood, and re-enter. Fixed!

Tips to better use this lot:
- To sell cars: Your Sim must purchase the lot as a business prior to adding any cars to the lot for sale. If you attempt to add cars to the lot in build mode before buying the lot they will disappear once the lot is purchased. To stock cars for sale, use the business control panel in the upper right corner of the screen and access the wholesale catalog.
- To place sellable cars anywhere on the lot - open your cheat panel: type control+shift+c
type moveobjects on in the upper box, press enter
type boolprop snapobjectstogrid false, press enter
These two "cheats" will allow you to place cars for sale anywhere on the lot (besides having them on the round car displays.) Cars do not "have to be" on the car display to be sold. Even cars parked on the side lot can be bagged and bought by sims.

- You can also use Paladin's Car Restoration Controller mod to restore cars and sell them. (It's the bottom mod on this page. It looks like a red toolbox in-game.)

No Custom Content Included

Lot Price: $139,112 (withOUT cars! Make sure your sim has enough money to purchase cars to sell.)

Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
Feenwald's Blocked Doors can Close (so doors close properly!)
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which includes the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
Lamare's Shiftable Everything
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
