Welcome to the Beautiful Town of Akadia River

Akadia River is a large, completely empty map with plenty of space for your Sims to live, build, and explore however they please.

I love symmetry, so the street layout is quite structured, making it easy for players to divide the town into different areas—residential, commercial, leisure, or whatever suits your vision.

As mentioned, the map is completely empty, allowing you to unleash your creativity without having to remove unwanted trees or randomly generated neighborhood decor first.

All lot spaces have been carefully flattened by me, so you won’t encounter any bumps, hills, or awkward road placements on your building sites.

The map has been tested both with and without mods and runs perfectly smoothly. However, if you do unexpectedly encounter a bug, please let me know.

Since the map is quite large and utilizes nearly all available space, I recommend using a camera mod to access the entire map without issues.
