When I was a kid and I didn't have acces to camera mod, I thought Isla Segundo was in fact a peninsula, not an island. I didn't even notice the "Isla" part of the name lol.
Anyway, I used that map for the neighborhood "Contrada Verde" (which I plan to upload some day) and now that I'm rebuilding it so I can share it with everyone, I wanted the neighborhood map to actually reflect what I envisioned as a kid.
I used skylines to beautify the horizon but other than that you don't need any cc for this map to show up in your game.
I strongly suggest you to use a camera mod as it enhances your gameplay a lot.
