Time to renovate the Pleasantview Condos but want to retain some of their original character?

I have extended the rear of the building by one tile (ground and upper level) and moved the staircase to create a more spacious layout for the ground and upper floor. The kitchen has an island which can be replaced for a dining set if the family size increases.

Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen/dining/living area with access to rear patio, family bathroom and to upper floor.

Upper Floor
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony plus a single bedroom/home office which can be extended if required.

Lot Size: 2x2
Price: $41,226
Formatted with the Ikea Stuff Pack.

This lot is mainly furnished with Ikea, Glamour Life and University Packs and also includes my own Custom Content.
