Time to renovate the Pleasantview Condos but want to retain some of their original character?

I have extended the rear of the building by one tile (ground and upper level) and moved the staircase to create a more spacious layout for the ground and upper floor. The kitchen has an island which can be replaced for a dining set if the family size increases.
