Before Katrina Caliente, before Luisa Libros, the Caliente sisters had another roommate: the one, the only, the Toothless JOE!
This elder Sim lives with them as their homeowner when they move into Jugen House.
What this Sim wants is to reconnect with the lifestyle of the youth — even though his missions require you to make him more enemies.
He is technically an adult in the console games, but since the elder life stage isn’t available there, it's pretty much implied that he's meant to be an elder.
Joe had his teeth surgically removed as part of a PR campaign, but the stunt backfired when the public turned against a star athlete who ate peas through a straw.

Suggested stats for him
He’s probably a retired athlete, based on what his Sims 2 bio suggests. Of course, console Sims didn’t have the right to a pension — so I suggest you give him one this time around.
Joe is also a Sagittarius with the Popularity aspiration, so expect him to seek attention, make friends… and maybe stir up a few rivalries too.

Note: Joe has very thick eyelashes in the console version. I tried to replicate that as best I could — but in the end, the most effective solution I found was to put some mascara on him.
I think it makes sense; after all, it fits with his desire to connect with the youth, doesn’t it?
