Hi everyone! I've been busy with stuff for the past few months including working on new lots for you, but to mark my third upload I decided to do a remodel of my Salem upload. It's nice, but after it was done I thought to myself "Does this house really need that huge great room at the back? And why not fit more bedrooms upstairs?"


So now, after a lot of tweaking, introducing Danbury! Located in a certain shopping district with its sister lot Salem, this fantastic home includes:

* a two-storey foyer
* a living room, where your Sims can have some drinks or sit and chat
* a dining room, great for parties
* a kitchen w/breakfast table, which opens onto...
*...a family room where your Sims can watch TV and dance the Smustle
* a cozy main bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet
* a study next to the main bedroom
* a nursery for babies and toddlers
* three upstairs bedrooms
* unfurnished bonus room and basement - if you want your Sims to have a games room or secret laboratory or a creepy dungeon, these spaces will be perfect for them
* a two-car garage

The front yard features a garden while the back yard contains a deck and a gazebo.


This lot was built using the Bespoke Build Set by Honeywell for the doors and windows.
The curtains are from the Bespoke Blinds & Curtains by Honeywell.


The 3 Rail Country Fence surrounding the lot is by tbudgett.


Gunmod's Radiance Light System 2.4 by dDefinder is recommended if you want the lot to look like it does in the pictures; if you download it you should also get the Scriptorium by Numenor.
