I always wanted to rebuild "Gothique Library" from "The Sims 3: Store" in "The Sims 2".

Now when we have autumn it's a perfect time to upload this work of mine because of its atmosphere!
It took me a few days to think of the story I want to put behind my remodel and how it would look in- and out-side.

We all know that Lady Ravendancer Goth was some sort of a witch. It was her who invented the spellbook, right?
So I wanted to show that this little castle once belonged to a Goth Family member who also practiced magic.
At first it may look as regular, old library but if you look closer into details you might find a section of prohibited books at the attic with odd rymhes and curses and a strange cauldron room in a cemetery. These little things hints that Lady Ravendancer Goth left a magical legacy in this world. You can also find mentioned little cemetery on this lot where you can actually "store" your neighbourhood graves!

Lot description:

"Renovated and a little modernized library that Goth family gave to the city to maintain. They are still the founders of this little castle that once belonged to Lady Ravendancer Goth. The building kept its original gothique vibe but it also gained some technology to make this library a better place to earn knowledge and information. There is also a little courtyard with a small cemetery for sims to get lost in their thoughts. And don't worry! Most of the candles here are electronic due to the mentioned modernization to avoid fire!"

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftible Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Community Skills Mod (Comm-skilling) (There are a lot of objects on this lot, where your sims can learn skills, so I recommend this mod to make them actually gain points.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.

I hope you enjoy!
