After many years of development, Cyber Heights becomes the pinnacle of cutting edge technology and futuristic culture. But at what cost? The air is polluted, buildings are in shambles and plants needed to be in glass chambers to even have a chance to survive.

With these harsh living conditions, is there any hope left in this dystopian city? Citizens here seem to think there is.
