Finally, the last lot in the series. Welcome to Central Park - East!

This lot has only two buildings and a decorative parking lot, but there are still plenty of activities your sim can do here!

Lot Description:
Welcome to Central Park - East!

Come on down to Central Park Arena. A perfect place to enjoy sports day with your family or to support your favorite team crushing it in the tournament!

Feeling hungry after all that sport stuff? Grab a bite at Central Park Eatery! Tons of food options and two large TVs for maximum sports-watching experience. What more could a Sim want?

Mods used:
- Shiftable Everything - Move Any Object Up and Down by Lamare. This is not necessary to have since it would still keep all the stuff in place even if you don't have it in your system.

Because this lot is positioned near the "slums" and the trailer park where you can easily spot townies walking around with spray-painted jerseys as their shirts, I figured a sports arena is perfect for this lot.



The Central Park Arena is actually inspired by the arena in Sports & Recreation Center by MystAngel! This is such a great build to download if you want all sporting activities in one big lot. Because I have a smaller space, I decided to take the arena and put the ice rink on the first floor, the roller rink on the second floor, and the basketball court on the third floor. If your sim needs to do other sports activities such as soccer, swimming, bowling, or just visit a typical gym, they can visit the other three lots in the Central Park Makeover Series since I've got those covered



After a fun day at the arena, if your sim is feeling peckish, they can go to Central Park Eatery to get their hunger sorted. On the first floor, you have the four food stands so your sim has plenty of options for a quick bite. But, if they still want to watch the game while eating, they can go to the second floor, where you have the restaurant and a sports bar with two large TVs so they won't miss out on all the action.

The parking lot, while empty in this no CC version, can be decorated with decorative cars for added realism! In my gameplay, I actually use The Car Pound (Decorative Vehicles) by Cyclonesue (TSR) to decorate the space. I also added a tent as if someone had camped out there for a game ticket or for some other reason.



Finally, this is how the four lots in the series would look like from the edge of Central Park - East. All lined up perfectly, waiting for your sim to come visit.
