Another day, another build!

This time, I was inspired by a real house that I found on Zillow. It's a Spanish Revival Mission house located in Santa Rita, Los Altos - California with a cute price of $7,414,500! But not to worry, I have built it in The Sims 2 for a fraction of the price, and zero CC!



This house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I tried to keep the facade of the house somewhat accurate to the real one, but for the floor plans I pretty much just made them up myself. To the left of the entrance, you have the living room with access to the backyard, and straight from the entrance, you have the dining area with a bar and another access to the backyard. To the right of the dining area, you have the kitchen as well as a door leading to the garage, which can fit 2 cars.

For the backyard, there is a seating area, a pool, a hot tub, and some lounge chairs. The landscaping is pretty simple, but I genuinely like how it looks.

On the second floor, you have the master suite with a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and its own bathroom. There is another bedroom with a double bed and a kids' bedroom, but they have to share a bathroom.

I didn't have a particular household in mind when making this build, but I do think a household with older family members would fit this house. Perhaps you can have the grandparents sleeping in the master suite, their child with their spouse sleeping in the other bedroom, and their grandkid sleeping in the kids' bedroom. Once their time has come, the house can be inherited to their child :D
