Round 1 🏡

3bed 2,5bath house 🛏️🛁

I tried to keep the original charm of the house ✨, but it needed more space in my opinion 📏. I've added a modern extension in the back 🏗️. Furthermore, I've bumped out the shape left and right a little bit, making the verandahs slimmer on both sides.

A big upgrade was added dormer and stairs to the attick 🪜, so we've got one extra bedroom 🛌.

In the garage, I've arranged a laundry spot 🧺.

The modern extension is a place for a spacious kitchen 🍳, dining 🍽️, and living space 🛋️.

The upper sunroom was the perfect spot for a bathtub 🛁, so it became a masterbathroom.

The house needed a new, more open staircase, so I've picked a round one 🔄.

Old kitchen and dinning room became an office 💻.

Please take notice that I've kept the original verandah's floor also inside the house 🪵. You still have a wraparound experience when you open both modern sliding doors 🚪.
