Features:
  • Houses designed on real life prototyped from Australia and New Zealand
  • House and yard is furnished for a nuclear family with cat and dog.
  • Interior design is something like IKEA from 2015s.
  • There is one bedroom with double bed and one full bathroom at the basement.
  • There is one bedroom for a kid on the 1st floor. Presumably for a boy.
  • 3rd bedroom is on the silo. Can be used as a guest house or regular bedroom for a family member.
  • There are 4 fruit trees and garden to grow vegitables. There are no sprinklers but there are ladybug homes.

No CC was used

There are some CC mods observed on screenshots but not mandatory to install:
General tips to place and use the lot:
  • Install using any Installer. It is was made in game with all CC removed hence it's clean of any.
  • Find it in your lot bin and then place
  • Lot has been compressed and cleaned by ChrisHatch's tool.
  • Lot has a pool, which makes custom water shaders when place near the water.
  • Not all bushes can be trimmed; and not all flowers are accessible without mods.
  • You can lock doors into basement for household only. This will prevent your guests to come at sims' bed uninvited.

Known bugs, issues and tips:
  • I edited the contest house in order to prevent most of bugs caused 2-step foundation in this house to occur. 2-step foundation in original house can not be used by cats, can not be properly edited and messes up front door recognisement. Walls at the basement are also not properly cut and are better all down with 2-step foundation so you will see steep ground behind it which is very grave-looking. But I saved original contest house and can share it once requested in the comments under its original name from the contest (i.e. Riverblossom Ranch).
  • You need a mod which allows sims to paint on diagonal easel: here
  • You need Trim Unaccessible Bushes by Cyjon to make all the bushes be trimmed and Water inaccessible plants by dickhurt
  • 2nd level of the silo is not weatherproof.
